1. How do I start mining?

Buy a Rig from the Shop, equip a GPU (hashrate) and a Battery (power). Mining starts automatically while you're online and continues offline up to your Battery capacity.

2. How do I claim DUCK rewards?

Tap the Claim button on the Mining screen when accumulated rewards are visible. Claims are credited instantly to your in-game balance.

3. How do I withdraw DUCK to my wallet?

Open Profile → Bind a TON wallet (Tonkeeper or similar) → Use the Withdraw button. Withdrawals require admin approval (typically <24h) and a gas fee paid in DUCK. Minimum: $1 USD equivalent.

4. What are the withdrawal limits?

Beta: maximum 5 withdrawals per day per account. 2-hour cooldown between withdrawals. These limits may change during beta.

5. How does the P2P Market work?

Open the Market tab to buy/sell DUCK for TON, or trade equipment items with other players. All trades are settled in-game; no on-chain transaction needed for in-game trading.

6. What are Expeditions?

Send rigs on PvE missions (or raid other players) to earn parts and trophies. Expeditions take real time but you can warp them by spending Gems. PvP raids only attack online targets.

7. I think I was hacked / I lost progress. What do I do?

Contact support immediately via the Telegram support group (link in Settings). Provide your Telegram username and a description of the issue. We can investigate but cannot reverse on-chain transactions.

8. Why was my account banned?

Bans are issued for: bot/macro usage, multi-accounting, exploiting bugs, or referral abuse. If you believe your ban was a mistake, contact support with your Telegram username and an explanation.

9. Is Duck Miner an investment?

No. Duck Miner is a game. DUCK tokens have no guaranteed value and the game economy is subject to balancing changes. See Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.

10. How do I report a bug?

Use the Telegram support group with: device + browser + a screenshot or short screen recording. The more detail, the faster the fix.
